William Bonac

Following in the footsteps of Roelly Winklaar, William Bonac represents a new surge of bodybuilders who are taking to the IFBB, while repping Holland. Since winning the overall title at the 2010 Juliette Bergmann Classic Bodybuilding Championships in Holland, a lot of eyes have been on Bonac, who is known for his python-like biceps, the separation in his quads, and his overall tightness. Ronny Rockel

Many people throw around words from time to time like "massive" and "enormous" to describe bodybuilders. But in Ronny Rockel's case, he really is HUGE. The German giant's body is full; a mountain of sexy muscle, and he is quite a delight to his many international fans everywhere. Not only is his body a work of art, however, but it's also a testament to what inspiration can create.

Cody Lewis Is A Muscular Sensation

Cody started working out at age 13, but when he turned 16 he changed gyms and met a man who told him he had serious potential to be a top level bodybuilder. After showing Cody the ropes, Cody trained and trained, and trained some more. A few years later, and here is the result before you now-a hot, sexy, muscled stud. Con Demetriou - Chasing The Dream

Constantinos "Con" Demetriou was born in Australia and grew up on a farm about an hour away west of Sydney. Most of his time growing up was spent doing hard labor farm work, and it was this that ended up being the foundation for his body to build upon. Noticing that his body was getting stronger from all the farm work, and having an interest in human performance and sports, he decided to try his hand at a mixture of sports at school, and excelled at all of them.

I feel as though if he keeps doing what he's doing, he will be one bad ass to be reckoned with when he hits the pro ranks heavy. Already lauded as Morocco's best bodybuilder ever, he has been hurdling up the amateur rankings, and his ascension is a signal that bodybuilders from overseas will soon be swelling up the IFBB ranks in future years.

Joel Thomas is a brand spanking new muscle star on the scene. During the 2010 NPC Nationals in Atlanta, which is the largest amateur championships in the U.S., nearly every photographer, magazine editor, and everyone was talking about only one person-Joel Thomas. And when you check him out, it's not that hard to see why. The man is simply gorgeous. He has an out-west, All-American handsomeness to him, with a body packed with muscle. It's my hope that we see more of Thomas in the future.

Kai Greene Is Back To Take The New York Pro Title

Kai Greene, "The Predator," is back, and with a vengeance. After re-emerging from a self-imposed seclusion, and following a disappointing showing at the last Mr. Olympia competition, Kai shuts the New York Pro down to take the title home. So overwhelming was his performance that the competition quickly became a showdown for second place amongst the other competitors. It was clearly Kai's night, and he owned every moment of it. With a body that is just bananas, I'm rooting for him to make a good showing at this years Mr. Olympia. If he keeps it up like this, he may just even take the Mr. O title. We shall see. After the jump, you'll see what happened with Kai behind the scenes during his disappointing Olympia performance last year. Then you'll see Kai's redemption as he delivers a jaw-dropping, title winning performance at this years New York Pro.

The Meaty Quincy Taylor

There is something about Quincy Taylor that just will not leave my senses alone, and I think I know what it is. He has the type of physique that makes people into muscle addicts! His body is nothing but beef. Lots of beef. And no matter how much I see Quincy, I'm always left hungry for more. I love the shape and hardness of his muscles, and how freakish looking they are. This is definitely a guy who has become on of my absolute favorites.

Dennis Hopson

Dennis caught my eye as one of the rising stars in the sport. I love the beautiful, Grecian statuesque look in his physique. I favor this look more as opposed to the approach that some bodybuilders go for of just getting huge without actually sculpting an aesthetically pleasing body. Apart from doing bodybuilding competitions, Dennis also does modeling, along with working as a police sergeant in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
