Okay, all of you fake-ass wannabe, soggy-butt bodybuilders, take note, because Cedric McMillan just showed all of y'all how it should really be done. He has recently taken the open title at the 2012 New York Pro Championships, and by no means was it any kind of fluke. Read on and you will see why.
When I think of Cedric, what comes to mind is the definition of what true muscle art is. I don't think I've ever seen anyone who is so symmetrical and aesthetically striking as McMillan.
That's my piggy-back ride right there.
I mean, seriously, look at the man. The cuts in his abs are clearly defined and DEEP. And look at the vascularity in his biceps and triceps, with those full and plump pecs bulging through in between them. And do you see those thighs!? Sweet mother Mary! Those thighs can kill concrete! The cuts in them are so well developed that you can clearly see each and every muscle section of the quads. It's like an anatomy book illustration come to life.
And if you all don't start taking notes from this man on how to pose, I'm coming for all of y'all! This is a man that's all about the details, and it definitely makes a big difference. Notice how he uses ALL of his body to hit the pose, even his fingers.
With this shot, you can appreciate his legs even more. The volume of them is unreal.
He's like your favorite action figure come to life.
