Evgeny Mishin, born and raised in Russia, didn't participate in any sports as a kid, like a lot of other bodybuilders did. In fact, he says he would run away from any kind of physical training classes. Everything changed on his birthday in 1990 when a friend took him to the gym with him to work out. Soon after, he developed a passion for bodybuilding. That passion has driven him to be the awesome mass monster he is today.
